Influencers

What makes someone influential?  In our culture today, you are influential if you are “known”, if you have a following, if you have a position or platform, if you are at the top of your game – the “best” in a certain category  But as you look back at your own life and reflect on who truly had an influence on you, it wasn’t people who impressed you with themselves. 

 What does kingdom influence look like?  Influence that has eternal value? 

 In the kingdom of God, our influence is not measured by our accomplishments or how many people know our name.  Our influence is made up of all the moments our lives serve as a window through which people can see God.   

All that God has given you, and put inside of you, is meant to be used and put to work.  But as we go through this series and look at Scripture, we will see that how we use our gifts and live our lives will determine if our influence is temporary and fleeting or eternal
